Here's a few things you should know about our store, just in case you didn't already know

We are CLOSED on CANADA and CHRISTMAS DAY

We have REDUCED HOURS on CHRISTMAS EVE, NEW YEARS EVE, and NEW YEARS DAY

STORE POLICIES

Due to to nature of our products all sales are final, NO EXCHANGE or REFUND can be offered.

Exchange is only on available for defective DVDs but they must be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.

All battery operated toys will be tested by a staff member at the time of purchase and we encourage customers to try on lingerie to ensure that the size is correct. Customers are not permitted to open toys on their own. All toys may be opened by a staff member so that you may check the size, texture, settings etc. If you wish to have something opened, please do not open it yourself. Please bring it up to the counter for a staff member to open. 

Most lingerie may be tried on except catsuits, stocking/pantyhose, panties, and latex items.  

TIPS AND TRICKS

To help battery operated toys last as long as possible, avoid storing them with the batteries still inside, this can cause the motor to burn out which will cause the toy to break. This can happen even if you forget to take the batteries out only once so be diligent. Also, avoid using Duracell and Energizer batteries in your toys. They are too strong for most toys and can also cause the motor to burn out, breaking the toy. This can even occur as soon as the batteries make contact. Stronger brands of batteries will not make your toys stronger, they do not work like that. Cheaper batteries are best and for optimal strength use new ones.
